Rachael cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born October 4 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) and She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000), as well as on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice and also in Robot Chicken's voice and She's All That (1999) and She's All That (1999). The series began with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both stand-up comics and social worker. She is a part-Italian. Cook made her debut in a public service announcement on foster care at the age of seven. Cook started working as an infant-print model when she was 10 years old, including ads for national brands like Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, as well as Minneapolis South High School.
